【工作內容】
作為華邦的(中科)Senior Data Scientist,你將負責建置並維護工廠自動化及相關的生產管理資訊系統,協助工廠生產單位提升生產力。工作內容包含:

Data science, machine learning, and AI technologies drive intelligent manufacturing and explore new opportunities for semiconductor manufacturing. This job position is responsible to pursue manufacturing excellence and improve semiconductor process engineering through transforming data into business values. 
Winbond operates two 300mm fully automated fabs in Taichung and Kaohsiung.  In these fabs, both RBDM, NoSQL and Hadoop are well established to store manufacturing and engineering data for data analysis. This is a team embracing data science technologies and agile development methodologies to sustain business competence in the era of intelligent manufacturing. 
You will be a technical leader responsible for exploring opportunities and adopting suitable technologies to improve process engineering and achieve smart manufacturing. You need to collaborate with fab product and process engineers to find out problems and opportunities, resolve the problems and realize the opportunities with data. You will also work closely with CIM DevOps teams to implement applications and deploy useful models in production. 

Responsibilities
1.    Keep tracks on state-of-the-art machine learning, deep learning and control system and introduce applicable technologies to improve fab process and manufacturing.
2.    Collaborate with domain experts to identify opportunities that can be achieved by data science, ML, or DL.
3.    Lead data science teams in feature engineering, model training, and production deployment.
4.    Work with CIM DevOps teams to automate ML/DL operation.
5.    Provide training for citizen data scientists to improve their data analytics capability.

其他條件:

1.Solid knowledge and experience in data analytics, data visualization, feature engineering, algorithms, ML/DL techniques, DOE. 
2.Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and willing to share and help your team to grow and develop. 
3.Passion in discovering insight from data and constructing algorithms to benefit business outcome. 
4.Enthusiasm in collaboration with team members to identify and resolve problems. 
5.Knowledge and experience with the following skills is a plus: 
-Semiconductor manufacturing and engineering related experience
-Control system
-Distributed data processing and computing
-Agile development, CI/CD
-RESTful API
-Kubernetes
