Physical Examination
New employees are required to take a physical exam with one of the Taiwan hospitals listed below at least 4 working days before reporting to work. If you are not able to do it prior to reporting, you have the option to take the exam on the day you reporting to work at one of the hospitals below. Your HR Specialist will take you to hospital and finish the Physical Exam.
Students will be required physical check-up report when they apply for enrollment in a school. We suggest letting your children do the physical examination at the same time with you.(Children’s physical examination fee should be paid by yourself)
Please do not eat or drink anything for 8 hours prior to the exam
On the day of the examination, please bring along
- One 1x1 photo
- Passport copy or Taiwanese ID
