作為華邦的(台北)產品管理師,你將參與電子商務及數位行銷之規劃、營運及執行,致力於為新創公司與供應商/製造商提供連結,協助對方找到優良的策略夥伴。工作內容包含:

【工作地點】TechDesign(台北市大同區承德路一段40號5樓)

 

• Study and analyze competitors and industry info, estimate and propose product improving plan with analyzed results.
• Research and analyze user demands, draw insights, and determine the product strategy.
• Manage requirements from user and internal stakeholders, and then consolidate the best practice plan of products.
• Work in collaboration with engineers and business stakeholders to manage product features, dependencies and releases thereof.
• Communicate frequently with stakeholders, like BD and other support teams, to discover their needs and get alignment.
• Design reliable and accountable products with teammates, ensuring that what is delivered meets business goals and objectives.
• Ship minimum viable products based on quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation.
• Compose clear, succinct user stories and product specifications in an Agile project framework, manage product backlog, resource allocation and story priorities.

Minimum qualifications:
• 2+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in agile development process, e.g. Scrum, and working with development teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizing, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work across teams to drive the implementation of new features as well as resolve operational issues.
• Relentless passion to discover and resolve pain points.
• Self-driven, independent with a commitment to excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Software management with proven record on B2B products.
• Domain knowledge of e-commerce, customer relationship management and analytics solutions.
• A passion for our product and the ability to solve problems methodically and creatively.
• Experience working at a fast-paced software startup.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership skills and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with tracking and analytical tools (e.g. GTM, GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Fluent in professional English.
