(HK)Accounting/Finance/Operation Staff 

 

【工作地點】17F, Bonham Circuit, 40-44 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan (WeWork) 

 

【工作內容】

Accounting related
1.General Ledger and Financial Reporting
- Prepare and manage the financial close process, ensuring that the financial statements are prepared in accordance with HK Financial Reporting standards, and review monthly reports
- Perform revenue recognition cut-off analysis and gross margin analysis
- Prepare quarterly/annual audited accounts
- Review and account for expenses cross charged by and to intercompany
2.Fixed assets management
- Ensure that all fixed asset acquisition & capitalization, disposal or impairment, fixed asset sightings are transacted and approved in accordance with policy.
- Maintain fixed asset register with proper tracking and tagging of fixed asset
3.Tax matters (Corporate tax)
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/ annual tax computation and tax template in compliance with reporting and filing deadline.
4.Budgeting
- Conduct annual budget and various monthly analysis

Finance related
1.Organize day-to-day cash management operation and liaise with various departments for better operation process.
2.Provide regular finance information and report to parent company, including reporting on abnormal items.
3.Conduct finance related work regularly including cashier or bank related business (check issuing, fund transfer).
4.Plan and execute third party payment gateway.
5.Assist finance related system and process launching.

Operation related
1.Strategic Projects
- Conduct analysis around ad hoc strategic projects
2.Provide Operational support in day-to-day business activities as required

學歷要求:大學
科系要求:會計學相關 │ 一般商業學類 │ 財稅金融相關
相關經驗:3年以上
語言能力:英文 高級 │ │

其他條件:

1. Familiarity with SAP is preferable
2. Experience in liaising with banks/third party payment gateways, auditors and tax agents
3. 5+ years' experience in Finance and Accounting area. Preferred experience in CPA firms
