Leadership training
Winbond has designed classes specifically aimed at different levels of managers. This training relies on such methods as management training classes, assignment of project duties, and rotation among different positions to enhance the management team's competence.
Junior-level Managers:Helping junior-level managers understand the knowledge, skills, and attitudes they will need when they assume management roles. An " Pre-diagnose→Learning→Practice→Final-evaluation " format is employed to observe how frontline managers apply what they have learned, and classes are held on various management topics in order to meet managers' practical needs and enhance their management skills.

Mid-/upper-level managers:
This training relies on management functions and personality assessment tests to help executives to uncover their individual strengths, and apply those strengths to their individual and team development. Methods including management classes and training, rotation among different positions, project practice, and external training at well-known schools overseas are employed to build a strong management team.

  Each year, a number of senior personnel from industry or academia are invited to speak concerning various topics. It is hoped that this can help senior managers to expand the breadth and depth of the knowledge they will need for future decision-making. In 2021, ten-odd experts conducted sharing sessions concerning such topics as development in the post-pandemic period, response to the COVID-19 crisis, innovation in semiconductors, artificial intelligence, communication in the new era, and port congestion, etc. Due to the impact of COVID-19, many large talks and sharing sessions have been conducted as simultaneous physical and online streaming events. In addition, various foreign managers from the United States, Israel, and Japan, etc. were invited to conduct online sharing in 2021, which ensured that learning at Winbond is not limited by national boundaries.
