Orientation training

To help each employee quickly adapt to the environment, and realize our core values in their work, Winbond helps new employees to quickly learn the knowledge, skills, and attitude needed for the job.

Leadership training

Winbond has designed classes specifically aimed at different levels of managers. This training relies on such methods as management training classes, assignment of project duties, and rotation among different positions to enhance the management team's competence.

Cloud learning platform

Winbond is working hard to promote a culture that is passionate about learning. To provide employees with the keys to knowledge, Winbond has established a dedicated cloud learning platform.

On-the-job self-managed training

Winbond has arranged classes focusing on employees' learning needs, including such topics as soft power, and provides a variety of learning resources and opportunities meeting specific needs and encouraging employees to continue their professional growth.
