Cloud learning platform
Winbond is working hard to promote a culture that is passionate about learning. To provide employees with the keys to knowledge, Winbond has established a dedicated cloud learning platform.
| • | Winbond's learning platform provides a total of 2,720 classes in five major curricula. Employees are able to compile personalized learning development plans in accordance with their individual needs, and can engage in "learning on demand" at different times and locations using different devices. |
| • | Employees are encouraged to engage in interdisciplinary learning and accept rotation through different positions. There are 1,265 classes focusing on internal knowledge fields at the company, and letting employees use their time to pursue interdisciplinary study. |
| • | Since the spread of COVID-19 in 2020, employees have been able to use different devices to engage in learning on demand at places and times of their own choosing. Motivated by Winbond's culture of continuous learning in spite of the pandemic, employees performed a total of 144,254 hours of study in 2021, and the average number of study time per person was 52 hours during the year. |
