To help each employee quickly adapt to the environment, and realize our core values in their work, Winbond helps new employees to quickly learn the knowledge, skills, and attitude needed for the job.
When new personnel arrive at their jobs, they can go to the " newcomer program " section of Winbond's cloud learning platform for online learning. This will help new employees to quickly learn the company's rules, policies, and standards, understand Winbond's corporate culture, and shorten their adaptation time.

Starting in the second half of 2016, Winbond has held a two-week "newcomer camp" for each new cohort of employees. This training session is aimed at new employees with less than 3 years of experience in their professional field; classes seek to instill Winbond's cultural DNA, transform newcomers into Winbond's cultural ambassadors, and effectively boost organizational identification and willingness to remain at Winbond.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 in 2020, Winbond's two-week "newcomer camp" was reviewed, redesigned, and upgraded as an online streaming training program allowing new employees to continue learning in spite of the pandemic. While complying with COVID prevention guidelines, this training program focuses heavily on new employees' training needs and curriculum quality.
