On-the-job self-managed training
Winbond has arranged classes focusing on employees' learning needs, including such topics as soft power, and provides a variety of learning resources and opportunities meeting specific needs and encouraging employees to continue their professional growth.
For several years, Winbond has provided a variety of on-the-job skill courses, including briefing skills, communication and interpersonal relationship skills, problem analysis and decision-making (KT course), and stress management, etc. The different learning approaches employed in these courses (face-to-face instruction, online classes, and digital learning materials, etc.) provide employees with an all-around learning environment, and help realize Winbond's culture of passion for learning.

In order to promote internalization of the company's core values, we invite personnel to share cultural anecdotes, employ innovation tools, and conduct problem analysis and problem-solving training to boost employees' innovation ability. At the same time, to help our departments to instill our corporate culture, different departments held internal communication meetings during 2021. These meetings included the sharing of successes and failures, and the explanation and communication of visions for the future.

Responding to globalization and its transnational operations, Winbond provides online and small-group face-to-face English and Japanese classes geared to improving employees' language ability.
